The Skyscraper in Piazzale Michelangelo dominates the coastline.
Situated in the centre of the town is the historic Villa Borghese and its gardens and Nature Reserve, which is open to the public.
The Sanctuary of Nostra Signora delle Grazie e Santa Maria Goretti houses a wooden statue of Our Lady of Grace that is said to have originated from England in the 16th century. Following Henry VIII’s Church of England’s separation from the Catholic church, many religious statues were confiscated or desecrated. The statues of the Our Lady of Grace, Saint Rock (San Rocco), and Saint Sebastian were placed on a ship bound for Naples, however in a storm it was swept up at Nettuno. The statues were placed for safe keeping in the small church of the Annunciation.
The Sanctuary was founded in the 16th century, was positioned close to the sea and
was renovated several times fhen finally closed due to disrepair at the beginning

In the crypt an urn contains the relics of Santa Mari Goretti, who was made a saint in 1950 for her purity and forgiveness.
Other churches include: Church of di San Francesco, Church of Sacro Cuore di Gesù, Sant’ Anna and San Giacomo.
